Also, maintain a record of the foods, medicines and any other elements that cause allergies or reaction in your body. Such information can prove to be vital in saving your life in certain instances. When travelling to the foreign countries, make sure to conduct a research about the same and get vaccinated accordingly. Never underestimate the power of green tea. Green tea has enough antioxidants that prevent cancers and other chronic diseases. Make sure to drink a cup of green three times in a day, which will soothe your nerves and improvise your immune system at the same time.</p>
