			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Mental health is as important as physical health to everybody. Youths usually experiment with attitudes, appearances, and behaviors. Most of their experiments are harmless, but some experiments may have terrible results. Children and youths experience mental health problem such as stress, anxiety, harassment, family problems, depression, learning disability, etc. Serious mental health problems, such as self-injurious behaviors and suicide, are increasing among youth.</p>
<p>A good mental health is essential for leading a good life. Youth cannot succeed in academic and personal life effectively if they are struggling with a mental health problem, such as depression or unsteady feeling due to academic, social or family pressures.</p>
<p>Failure to detect youth&#8217;s mental health problem may result in negative consequences such as increased risk for academic failure, social isolation, unsafe sexual behavior, drug and alcohol abuse, suicide attempt, unemployment, and poor health. A recent report says, The rising rates of mental and emotional problems among U.S. children and youngsters signal a crisis for the country.</p>
<p>Depression, anxiety, attention deficit, conduct disorders, suicidal thinking, and other serious psychological problems are striking more and more children and youths. Conservative estimates say one in every ten children and adolescents now suffers from mental illness severe enough to cause impairment.&#8221; Even if detected earlier, unfortunately many children and youth do not receive the help they need. Some reports are there that most children and youth who need a mental health evaluation do not receive services and that the rates of use of mental health services are also low.<br />
Parents and adults must take care of the youth&#8217;s mental health. The parents and adults must talk with the youth, be a good role models to them, advice them to choose good friends, and monitor their activities.</p>
<p>There is a growing and unmet need for mental health services for children and youth. Mental health services are important for student&#8217;s and youth&#8217;s success. Prevention programs help in early identification of mental health problems in youth. These programs provide education on mental health issues, violence prevention, social skills training, harassment prevention, suicide prevention, conflict resolution, and screening for emotional and behavioral problems. The Family Guide Web sites are designed for parents and other adults to emphasize the importance of family, promote mental health, and help prevent underage use of alcohol, tobacco, and illegal drugs.</p>
<p>Good mental health is very important for youth&#8217;s success. In order to emphasize the importance of mental health in youth, the following steps can be taken: Create awareness of child and youth mental health issues; provide a comprehensive guide for effective and meaningful youth meetings for organizations and professionals; and Conduct programs to generate awareness about youth&#8217;s mental health in each communities. Awareness about the importance of mental health issues among youth equally important to other physical issues, such as heart disease, AIDS, cancer, etc. Local and state health officials must draw more attention to the importance of mental health treatment of affected children and youths.</p>
<p>Attention to youth&#8217;s mental health will more effectively improve their life standard. This also positively impacts their academic and personal life achievements. The families, society and youths benefit only when mental health problems in youths are identified and prevented earlier.</p>

<p>Sugar rich chocolate like other carbohydrate foods, is often consumed regularly especially at Easter, Christmas, birthdays and thousands of other occasions causing a small episodes of acid demineralisation that eventually develop into cavities where demineralisation exceeds remineralisation.</p>
<p>Most food is trapped between teeth, but over 80% of cavities occur inside pits and fissures on chewing surfaces of back teeth where brushing cannot reach and saliva has no access to dilute sugars, neutralise acid and remineralise demineralised teeth like on easy to reach surfaces.</p>
<p>The first bite or so of any food is trapped between teeth and inside pits and fissures and is hard to displace blocking access to the rest of the meal or snack for a time.</p>
<p>Chewing sugar free food like chocolate or nuts before meals or snacks can reduce demineralisation from carbohydrate in that food and can even help remineralisation.</p>
<p>Chewing fibre like celery after eating forces saliva inside trapped food to dilute carbohydrate like sugar, neutralise acid and remineralise demineralised tooth. Chewing gum is also helpful but cannot absorb and expel saliva like celery and needs chewing for longer.</p>
<p>Chewing sugar free chocolate before meals or snacks has dental health benefits that can be applied to other sugarless foods and developed into a more effective convenient before eating tasty dental health snack that could even aid remineralisation after eating.</p>

If you are a postmenopausal woman with these concerns, you will be happy to know the latest research that drinking 1 to 3 cups of coffee each day will protect your heart.</p>
<p>This 15 year study was recently published in the American Journal of Clinical Nutrition to show that there were fewer deaths as a result of non-cancerous inflammatory diseases and heart disease among women who were postmenopausal. This group of women consumed 1 to 3 cups of coffee each day. This showed that coffee was responsible for these health benefits, especially since it is the second most consumed beverage worldwide. Coffee is the main source of antioxidants for many Americans within their daily diet, which will help to reduce heart disease and inflammation, as confirmed by Lene Frost Andersen, PhD, who works in the nutrition department at the University of Oslo in Norway.</p>
<p>The results of the study were drawn from 27,312 postmenopausal women participating in this study done by Iowa Women&#8217;s Health. The study commenced in 1986, and all of the participants were 55 to 69 years old. They had not yet been diagnosed with any conditions like diabetes, cancer, or heart disease, excluding skin cancer. All of the women completed a 127 question survey about their regular habits, including coffee consumption, alcohol use, and smoking. None of the women changed their coffee drinking habits for the purpose of the study. The groups of women in the study were tracked for 15 years, and in that time, 1733 passed away from cancer, 1411 passed away from heart disease, and the remaining 1211 died from other causes. The women who consumed 1 to 3 cups of coffee each day had less of a risk of dying from heart disease or inflammatory diseases, not including cancer, as opposed to the other women studied.</p>
<p>The women consumed 1 to 3 cups of coffee each day and were less likely to die from heart disease by 24% compared to the women who didn&#8217;t drink coffee. The women who drank 1 to 3 cups of coffee each day had a 28% less risk of passing away from non-cancerous inflammation, compared to those who abstained from coffee altogether. Death from cancer was not related to coffee drinking.</p>
<p>These results were not seen for the consumption of other beverages, like tea, sugary drinks, fruit juice, diet soda, and milk. The study did not conclude that drinking coffee was completely responsible for a lowered risk of heart disease, but the results were consistent to confirm that drinking 1 to 3 cups of coffee each day provides protection against inflammatory disease and cardiovascular issues in women who are postmenopausal.</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Osteoporosis is an increasingly widespread condition defined by the loss of bone density. In a word, bones become fragile and easily breakable. Normally, bones are comprised of a mix of protein, calcium, and collagen. They make bones strong; they are lacking in the bones of someone with osteoporosis. Once this condition sets in, a bone can be broken even if the injury is minor; the most innocuous injury can cause a fracture. The most common fractures include cracking bones, collapsing bones, and compression fractures. Frequently, breaks occur in the spine, the wrists, and the hips.</p>
<p>It is rather difficult to successfully pinpoint osteoporosis symptoms, simply because they often do not occur for decades. In fact, a person may not know he or she has osteoporosis until a fracture occurs. Even certain fractures can go without being detected for a number of years. A person with this condition may thus be unaware of it until he or she suffers a particularly bad break. At that point, the symptoms are proportional to the location of the break.</p>
<p>When a fracture occurs in the spine, it might manifest in symptoms like severe pain radiating from the back to the side of the bond. Chronic pain in the lower back, loss of height, and curvature of the spine can occur over time. This often results in what is known as a dowager&#8217;s hump. In order to accurately pinpoint this condition, sometimes a routine X-ray can do the job. Unfortunately, they often do not do so in time to prevent pain, nor can they accurately illuminate bone density. Osteoporosis may not appear on an X-ray until the patient has lost thirty percent &#8211; or more &#8211; of his or her bone strength.</p>
<p>The goal of any osteoporosis treatment is to be able to prevent fractures by stopping the bone loss and improving bone density and bone strength. Detecting the condition early and receiving treatment from the onset is always recommended, but it is not always possible. There are no complete cures for this condition, but there are a number of helpful treatment options, some of which come in the form of lifestyle changes. Cutting out cigarettes, moderating the intake of alcohol and caffeine, regular exercise, and adopting a balanced diet are extremely beneficial.</p>
<p>In addition to vitamins C and D, patients often begin taking <a href="http://www.reclast.com">osteoporosis medication</a>. There are plenty which can make bone loss stop and improve bone strength. There are also advances in osteoporosis medication occurring every day. So if your doctor has prescribed treatment for osteoporosis, it&#8217;s time to find out about <a href="http://www.reclast.com">Reclast</a> —the only FDA-approved, once-a-year treatment for postmenopausal osteoporosis. </p>
<p>One annual intravenous (IV) dose, along with daily calcium and vitamin D, helps strengthen your bones and protect them from fracture for an entire year.
